TRUFFLE HUNTING AGE LIMIT POLICY
To preserve the delicate environment of our truffle orchard and ensure the safety and success of each hunt, our experience is tailored for adults and older children.
Truffles grow very close to the surface and can be easily damaged. We’ve found that even with the best intentions, unsupervised play can lead to unintended harm to our trees and soil. Additionally, our highly trained truffle dogs need complete focus to work effectively, and distractions can impact their performance.
We appreciate your understanding and support in protecting the integrity of our orchard and the quality of our hunts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer cancellations 2 weeks or more before a booking, will be provided with a rescheduled truffle hunt without additional charge. In the event of a truffle hunt being cancelled due to severe inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, customers will be contacted and their truffle hunt rescheduled.
